What type of support is included?
With the Website Launch Accelerator, you get 9 weeks of live group coaching and co-working calls plus a designer on speed-dial, and a community of peers working through building their sites as well. I'm in the community daily checking in and answering questions within 24 hours at most.
What software or other tools do I need to buy to be able to use this?
You'll choose a Showit subscription which range from $228-$408 per year for your hosting. Your domain registration and email hosting will be separate. Showit recommends Google domains, alternately you can check out NameCheap.com
